Each pack is sized so buying at your matched level gives exactly 12 sessions per 3-month block.

Terms & Policies

These terms apply to every plan and every teacher on Buzzlessons.

Credit-based sessions

Each plan gives you a credit balance. Beginner sessions cost 4 credits, intermediate 5, advanced 6. Credits never expire within the plan's validity window.

Scheduling

Book any available slot with your teacher. Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance — late cancellations are marked as completed and the credit is consumed.

Make-up classes

Cancel with ≥24 hours notice and the credit is returned to your balance automatically. No paperwork, no calls.

Teacher absence

If your teacher cancels, your credit is returned in full. In case of repeated cancellations, a qualified substitute or reassignment is arranged at no extra cost.

Plan validity

Monthly (3-month) plans are valid for 3 months from purchase. Annual (12-month) plans are valid for 12 months. Unused credits lapse at expiry.

Renewals & upgrades

Renew at any time — early renewal extends your expiry, not resets it. Upgrade by purchasing a new plan; unused credits from the old plan are not transferable.

Refund policy

Fees paid are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances (medical emergency or relocation), unused credits may be transferred to a new plan within 6 months at our discretion.

GST

All prices shown are exclusive of GST. 18% GST is added at checkout as required by Indian tax law.

Exam preparation

Advanced plan students may prepare for international grade exams (Trinity College London or RSL Rockschool UK). Exam registration and books are charged separately.
