Estimates only, based on 10 hours/week at ₹600.00/session, ~4.3 weeks/month, and one session per hour. The 12% retainer held each month is paid out every six months if you're in good standing — it isn't lost, just delayed. You also earn an extra ₹150.00 for every demo class that converts to an enrollment, on top of the figures above. Actual payouts depend on your signed instructor agreement.

How does revenue sharing work?
Each session has a base fee plus 18% GST, which is collected separately and isn't part of the revenue pool — the pool is the base fee only. You start at a 60% share of that base fee. After 3 months, based on punctuality, lesson quality, and student feedback, your share can rise to 65%. After 6 months as a consistently reliable instructor, it can reach 70%. For overseas students, the same progression applies, calculated on the base fee excluding taxes.
What is the loyalty retainer, and do I lose that money?
12% of your monthly revenue share is held back as a loyalty retainer — the remaining 88% is paid out in the first week of the following month. The retainer rewards long-term commitment and encourages consistent professional and ethical standards. It isn't lost: the accumulated retainer is released every six months if you're in good standing (for example, January's retainer is released in July, February's in August, and so on). The company can review, delay, reduce, or withhold a release only for serious or repeated violations.
Do I get paid for demo classes?
Yes — you earn ₹150 for every demo class that converts into an enrollment, paid in addition to your normal compensation for that month.
When and how am I paid?
Monthly payouts (your revenue share minus the 12% retainer) are processed in the first week of the following month. The accumulated retainer is released separately, every six months, per your instructor agreement.
